Newbie needs help. 6 weeks old mk3 has failed.

I have a 6 week old mk3 that, after a few build issues, was printing really quite well with PLA and PETG. Anyway I have returned to it after a week away and all it does is create a blob of PLA on the nozzle.

It is curling really badly and I thought it was a blocked nozzle. I have removed the nozzle, heated it with a hot air station and picked everything I could out and then left it is Acetone for 24 hours and I am convinced this nozzle is now clean. If I preheat it and manually extruded using the firmware I can see it curling really badly and if you do it slowly the PLA will touch the nozzle and form a loop. Obviously doing this while it prints leads to the blob on the nozzle.

Do I have a failed nozzle after just 6 weeks? Am I just new and missing something? Any advice would be great because I am pulling what is left of my hair out.

If it is a nozzle I am happy to buy a better after market one but I don't want to waste money as well as time if it isn't actually the nozzle.

Thanks all.

Additionally it is oozing material out of the nozzle for no apparent reason.

If I feed new PLA in it will extruded fine, I then pull off the strand and 15 seconds laters a few inches more has extruded and it is either hanging down or it has curled up into a mess on the nozzle.
