MK3S Firmware upgrade wiped out my sheet profiles.
I have updated firmware to 3.10 and my sheet settings vanished. There is no longer any option to select sheet profile. It is so long since I needed to adjust the profiles that I began to believe I had forgotten where the settings were. It is going to be really inconvenient to go through the HW settings calibration every time I switch sheets. I am assuming that all the profiles are lost even if I downgrade the firmware?

No problems here after updating to 3.10.
Try flashing again.

Same here. Everything was back where it was supposed to be.

Ditto - but I have to admit when I did review the new menus, the sheet selector seemed in a different - less convenient - place: but it was there.
ps: as for loss of data. If flashing did corrupt EEPROM data, it is gone and reverting will not help. And IF it was corrupted, then a factory reset with a full data clear (erase the EEPROM completely) is the best way forward.
