missing parts, found out in the middle of kit assembling
very disappointed. i am in the middle of assembling the new printer and now the bondtech drivegear set is missing. what a shame.
waited 4 weeks for the printer and now have to wait again. no kudos.

Contact support via chat. Log into the online store and contact them there. Also check the spares bag.
