Menu selection knob not clicking on MK3 control panel

Hi All, My faithful Prusa MK3 now has a problem with the control panel. The menu selection knob has lost its click so I cannot now select anything on the menu. It is also a bit hit and miss when a scrolling through the menus as well. Can I just replace the menu selector knob with a straight forward de-solder and solder in of a replacement part? If so does anyone know the part number of the menu selector item please?

It's probably the case too tight for a bit.  When I last serviced my printer, sometimes the weight of the printer had been on the orange case of the control panel.  Afterwards, my button wouldn't click.  So i tapped on the casing a bit and it loosened up and I could click again.

Try removing the knob and make sure it's not just mashed down. They can stick. @Dan's suggestion to open the case and check inside is good. If the board has popped loose, it can sink in to the point that the switch won't make contact.

The good news is that replacement boards are inexpensive, worst-case. I replaced mine with a nice black and white board that works with the firmware dimming feature for about $20.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I removed the board from the prusa control panel housing and did a lot of turning and wiggling of the menu selector knob. It is is now working, just. But it does need replacing. I think it is a case of it being worn out. I am a bit disappointed that is has only lasted a couple of years use. So I have now ordered a replacement board from Prusa. Thanks again all.
