Max Temp / Thermal Runaway Errors
My printer has been working perfectly for some time but today it is misbehaving intermittently.
When it starts to go wrong it has trouble tracking the required temperature and the display fluctuates wildly by as much as 30 degrees or more. Sometimes it settles down other times it triggers a max temp or thermal runaway error.
The issue is with the hot end. The bed is working perfectly.
I have checked the resistance value of the hot end thermistor and it seems fine and is giving the same reading as the heat bed thermistor.
I have checked that the wires are not pinched by zip ties.
I tried running a PID calibration.
Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot this?
