Lines on outside when solid layer

There is a line on the outside whenever there is a solid layer in the print. In this case it is the floor of the boat. Any ideas what could cause this?

Is that the sample gcode provided by Prusa or one you sliced yourself?

This is caused by wrong/bad/too much or less cooling. Try to optimize your colling settings.

I have the same problem.

What is the logic behind the cooling problem?

Did anyone figure out if cooling was the problem here?
