The Prusa instruction advises to first turn the block small turn to the side (to the PINDA) and the

This is why I recommend using the E3D-V6 instructions. This small turn will slowly screw the heat break into the heater block with every nozzle change.

The turn is supposed to be done when the nozzle is already loose. The torque is always 3nM - never exceed that spec.

RE: Large blobs - what to do?

Finally I was able to repair the HotEnd. I got a new Heater Cartidge, Heater Block and a new Nozzle (Brozzl Copper Plated).
Following the E3D assemble instructions works well for me. The Prusa instructions with a turn to the left can end in trouble while the heartbreak may become loose in the heatsink.

After first assembly the hotend was still loose, so I took the whole hot end out of the extruder and tightened the heartbreak with the heatsink. It is all stiff now and the nozzle has a small (half turn out) gab to the heater block.

First print looks fantastic, but I had one blob in the infill. Since I use the copper plated nozzle now, I should have reduce the temperature what I read as recommended for this nozzle.

Thank you very much your help!!
