In a calibration / reset loop

Hey all

I changed the nozzle on my MK3 and went to re-cal the first layer. My printer then reset itself before starting the first layer calibration tool! I figured no big deal, somethings bugged. I'll just use the wizard and get a clean set of calibration data. Same thing!

After a couple tries I thought maybe I could just do a standard XYZ calibration from the settings menu and hopefully that would unbug whatever was happening when I inevitably would do the first layer calibration. I was successfully able to do an XYZ calibration, but hit the same reset issue when I went to do the first layer calibration.

I even factory reset AND flashed the firmware

On top of all of this! It resets when I try to unload the filament. Video below to help illustrate the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

had that happen when auto home fails.  make sure your print head cabling is all clear and not hitting anything

Took some photos, everything seems in place. The blue wire is a bit frayed at the end, but best I can tell is it's in the socket correctly. I don't see wires touching each other.
