I3 mk3 switching trouble.

I got a i3 mk3 printer for a few weeks and it used to work well, until this morning.
I printed to objects yesterday evening it was fully successfull.
This morning, I switched the printer on, gone in the menu with the control panel and preheat, after about 30 seconds, the printer switches off by itself.
I switched it again and it switched off again after a few seconds.
I verified the cable with a multimeter, tested all the fuses (the 2 5A, the 15A and the 5A of power block) all of them are ok.

I filmed the trouble, the video is linked there :

Is anyone have a resolution idea ?

Re: I3 mk3 switching trouble.

Is anyone can tell me if my problem is rely to PSU thermistor ?

I believe it's something different, I've contacted the support yesterday but I get no answer.

I own my i3 mk3 for less than 1 month and I have a point of deception with that trouble and no answering.

Re: I3 mk3 switching trouble.

Hi everyone,

I bought my Mk3 this week and it was delivered Friday (2nd November). Built the machine friday night and saturday morning and printed out a perfect triceratops sample object. Came back to the machine and it was switched off.

Tried switching on again and it booted for about 3 seconds and switched off again. A couple of times it got to the menu. Now its an automatic switch off (LCD lights up for a split of a second then off).

Like above, have checked all the fuses on the board and the PSU and everything seems fine.

What was your solution? What did the support team say? As I was hoping the machine was last for much longer than one print.

Many thanks for any help you can provide.

Jonathan
