Hot stepper motor, issues with flexion

Hello,

Im running two symmetrically assembled MK3S's with all-metal hotend Flexion extruder attatched with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2721786 this mout to the Prusa.

Issue is, that on one printer extruder stepper gets hot, and this causes a lot of trouble with filament getting stuck, slipping, etc.

On first (say good) printer, stepper during printing gets up to 50-55 deg, while on second it is too hot to touch (75-80*).

I just replaced the stepper motor and it didn't help. After say, printing 1cm of 3dbenchy printer stops extruding.

Is there a way to check and compare motor current for both printers? Maybe I have faulty driver in one, or too much current is being feed to the stepper? Maybe someone run into same issue and know the solution?
