Hot End will not heat up during Self Test.
Replaced the motherboard and the extruder after shorting out the original motherboard. Can not get Self Test to complete past the point of Heating up the Hot End. The fail code indicates that the Thermistor is not connected, but it is. Replaced twice. Still will not pass the self test. Any suggestions as to what is wrong. I have replaced everything but the Pinda.

If you have a multimeter check the resstance of the thermister. At room temperature it will be around 100k. Then, if you have one, connect a 100k variable resistor in place of the thermister, by changing the resistance you should be able to change the reported temperature... or use a 100k and a 10k resister to switch values.
