Horrible ripples in the print.

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue, support hasn't been very helpful. I've been getting horrible ripples on the outer walls on my prints, on all sides. Support had me do a self test and provide my belt stats and they both came back perfect. Prusa support asked me to slice the same model with slic3r PE, which produced the same poor printed results.

I've factory reset my printer and ran all calibrations multiple times. I was using the latest firmware 3.2.1 and downgraded it back to 3.1. 3 which was producing excellent prints for me.

I have roughly 1000 print hours logged and the issue started to surface after the latest firmware update.

Re: Horrible ripples in the print.

It may very well be your filament, but that also may not be the whole story.

There's been a lot of talk about a possible firmware bug causing artifacts like this.

Read https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/602 for more details.

It started to happen when I loaded this filament. Its been fine since I switched to another roll.
