[help][mk3s] Extruder not feeding

Hey guys, I'm in a pickle. Since few days my printer began to fail on it's own to the point I that I cannot perform almost any print. My printer has slight modifications and reprints - in case of extruder, I've only reprinted newest versions of extruder parts - it did work for a couple dozen of hours after my last change though.

The longer the print, the bigger chance for the printer to start skipping (clicking) at the extruder motor (resulting in partial flow) until it grinds filament enough to stop feeding it altogether. My guess is some kind of a heat creep, but I have no idea how to fix it.

Basically all of the steps below were done twice; with problems appearing each time. First time though I haven't noticed a gap in the heatblock; see below

Steps I've done:

1) There was a gap between nozzle and barrel that clogged the feed; resulting in me being unable to feed or pull out filament. I've disassembled the extruder & hotend; removed the clog, and I quite sure that I've removed the gap (I've measured how deep nozzle and barrel went inside the heat block). Of course, I've re-tightened it under ~280c. Cold pull performed, no problems as far as I know.
2) I've disassembled the heat sink and replaced the thermal paste. Again, I'm quite sure I haven't made an error here; as I've done it before and it had worked.
3) I've checked the grub nut on the extruder's bondtech gear; it holds rock solid.
4) I've assumed that the auxiliary bondtech gear housing is too tight (The one with spring) so I've started from the least amount of force required for it to grab the filament.

And herein lies the problem:

1) It would not feed at start; so of course I've tightened it a little; it has started to feed.
2) During the second layer it stopped to feed (without clicking) - tightened it again.
3) After some time, it happened again (Heat creep?); tightened.
4) Went to bed; there was still 9h left in the print.
5) Spaghetti for breakfast! Last few semi-successful layers of a print were barely secured; a lot of extruded spaghetti, and NO filament feed. Tightened a bit, it started to drip at first (Fully melted PLA?) then it started to feed again (Heat creep?)
6) After restarting the same print AFTER it had cooled down a bit (And after the last tightening), during the initial purge line it had clicked few times (Too tight for this temperature?). As for now it's printing - but then again, heat creep?
7) It is clicking from time to time. FFS; not failed YET. Z2.7
8) failed after clicking and skipping. Maybe it's the bondtech after all?

Re-checked hot end; no leaks.

Grub nut on E-motor's bondtech seems solid.

I am out of options; I can only count on you guys now.
