Heatbed heating elements not functioning?

Finished building our second printer and was having trouble printing ABS off the bat unlike our other one. Ran the calibration and it got stuck on step 2/6 the first time and 1/6 the second time. After measuring the heatbed with an infrared reader and touching the heatbed, it seems that the front and rear squares are not heating up at all, but the middle rows are heating up to the correct temperature (The center two rows are 75°C, but the front and rear are room temperature and feel no heat at all on them with my hand). Checked all the cables and connections, nothing seems to be amiss or looks wrong.

Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

The heat bed has different heat circuits, any of them can fail independently. Usually just before the ECB begins meltdown mode at the power input connectors. Fires have resulted.  You need to figure out what the problem is before using the printer.

Thank you guys. I've contacted chat support and we're getting the heatbed replaced through our seller. Sent a video through chat support and they determined that it should be replaced and sent to QC for inspection. Was hoping it was something we overlooked in the construction and would be a quick fix so that we could get production going, oh well.

Checked the circuit board front and back for any damage around the power input for the heatbed, didn't see anything suspicious. Checked the bed for any damage didn't see anything as well. I can only assume its something internal to the heatbed, must of gotten that 0.01% of the batch that doesn't work 100%.
