Heatbed failure - is there a fix? Is this under warranty?

I have 308 hours on my new MK3S and it look like the heatbed has a failed element.

Would this be under warranty?

Is there a way to further debug and possibly fix this?

I'd contact support. Log into the online store and use the chat button for a quick response. Even if not under warranty, they should be able to help you hone in on what's needed.

I started a chat as you suggested and it led to me having a replacement heatbed in my hands today (at no cost to me).

Kudos Prusa for good product support!  😎

@dalekramer - You paid extra for that support, so definitely take advantage of it. Glad they're getting you sorted out. It's a bummer when a part fails, but it sounds like they're responding quickly.
