Filament suck in the hot end Boden tube!
Really mad atm. I’ve made probably 10 prints on my 800$ printer and it is now so clogged I have to take it apart...anyone know what could cause this. (See photo) I’ve seen some videos on this happening and I’m really mad it has happened already. I’m not ok with an $800 printer doing this and forcing me to take it apart. What’s the solution to getting this out of here. I cannot for the life of me get the black piece at the top of the hot end out to then get the tube and filament out. JOSEF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

The black plastic part locks the ptfe tube in place. You have to push it into the heatsink to release the ptfe tube. Trying to pull it out will break it.
