Filament stops coming out during the middle of my print.

NOTE: All the pics and video is here in 1 link https://photos.app.goo.gl/U7L4C8MamtT4Tip99

Printer type: Prusa MK3
Nozzle: E3D harden steel
Machine hours: 256.75
Filament used (both good and bad prints): 2.544 kg

Long story short, when I print something out of glow in the dark or marble (links to the products below) the about half and inch to an inch up on the print the filament stops coming out. If I am near by I will hear clicking and know to tell it to change the filament (which means take the filament out and put it back in after cutting the tip). I'm not sure if this was caused by wood filament or the nozzle or both. Before I started printing wood I changed the nozzle with a E3D harden steel. (I have pics below)

This is what it looks like when I pull filament out (including cold/hot pulling) (the filament was marble, so the black in it is normal) https://photos.app.goo.gl/4DpBaUpfR6zRoQDPA

Marble filament I'm using: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IIAC2MW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Glow in the dark (the size was everywhere on the one I bought. On the marble it isn't, but I'm seeing the same exact thing): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0746FPB94/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've tried both cold and hot pulling it. I also tried cleaning filament. After I ran the clean filament it looked like this (I'm printing the marble so the black in it is normal)
https://photos.app.goo.gl/bfdcvK79ZCTWnYnR7 (video)
And the following is what the cleaning filament pushed out (the brown is wood) https://photos.app.goo.gl/wPqLgn8VGkGANgn97

After cleaning it, I ran the following print and you can see where it quit. The line on it is where it tried to quit earlier and I did the change filament thing. (This is the marble filament. My sister had a kid around January and she made a plaster model of her kid's hand. I scanned the hand in and made a 3D model so I can make copies of it for a few family members. The model is 0.05mm and about a 12 hour print. It normally messes up about 20%-30% of the print, and this was somewhere around 60% of the print. I'm not sure where the line is, but I think it's closer to the 30% to 40% mark.)

I didn't think about getting pictures before I messed with the nozzle. But the following picture is what came out of the area the nozzle was at and on the nozzle itself.

When messing with it the area smelt like really really badly burnt wood. I got as much as I could off with trying to not damage the hot end. The following pictures are of the hot end (if you think it should be clean more, then tips are welcomed on how)

I'm not 100% sure I got the nozzle close enough. Thanks for anyone who can take a quick look and let me know if I need to mess with it.

The good news is taking the nozzle off was easy.I didn't clean the sock yet, but this is what it looked like.

Anyways, any tips on how to fix this will be welcomed. I haven't printed since messing with this mostly because i had to rush off to go to a class meeting. But my hopes is maybe someone will see some things that might need to be edited so I can fix it before my next run.
Oh btw, I tried the trick of increasing the temp by 4 or 5 c, but that doesn't really work. Decreasing the flow seems to make it worst quicker, increasing seems to do about the same. The glow in the dark print stuff, I found having the speed up to 230% seems to help. But that comes with some problems when going that fast (and with something this detailed I can't risk it)..

Something that should be noted is normal pla and petg seems to work. But idk if that helps troubleshoot this at all

UPDATE: I just started a new print & I switched out the nozzle with the brass one that came with the printer. If this normal PLA print is good, then I will try the marble. As far as I can tell, the marble one is just black and gray PLA with nothing else. So I think it should be OK with brass. Giving it all works I think it will be safe to say the problem was in the nozzle itself.

I did however order new nozzles and a .5 one just in case

UPDATE 2: now it's messing up with normal PLA with the brass nozzle. https://photos.app.goo.gl/F4kqujMdbDM9CRdi6 The image of the print itself, is I told it to run a few layers after I made the video of changing the filament. I just wanted to be 100% sure I wasn't jumping the gun and it looks like I was right.

I've posted a detailed response to your Reddit post. Will continue there, maybe we can post a summary here for posterity if we figure it out.

Hi Craig,

check this thread :

seems to me you have the same issue.

UPDATE 3: so after normal PLA failed on me about 95% in a 12 hour print. I decided to take pictures of the hot end. I'm not sure how I can clean this up, what caused this, or how to prevent this in the future https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/906frm/how_do_i_clean_this/

UPDATE 4: So I noticed the printer seems to mess up pretty close to previous prints. I'm not sure if the problem relates to height or not. https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/90al6f/i_think_my_printer_is_jamming_based_on_how_high/

I just checked it out. This is what I'm seeing on my prints https://photos.app.goo.gl/5Pyj1aoj8V2sRgW89

I'm thinking it's more of a height thing than anything else. Like a number of people already pointed out heat creep isn't my problem. So idk.

Ok. I took me quite a while to narrow my issue down. But if you checked your hotend and all is fine than i have no other ideas
