Filament Sensor Issues

Recently received my factory built MK3S initial prints went well, Benchy printed well.  However, no I have been getting filament detection issues.  It will random detect that it is out of filament mid print and require the filament to be unloaded and reloaded.  This is happening with both the preloaded prints provided with the printer as well as prints I have sliced on Prusaslicer.  This is also happening with both the Prusa PLA filament and Amazon Basics PLA.  I have followed the guidance on cleaning the sensor and have checked the operation of the sensor lever and everything appears to be working correctly.  The sensor shows as 1 when the filament is in and 0 when it is removed.  However, this problem continues.  I turned off the filament sensor off and have not noticed a reduction in print quality.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Filament Sensor Issues

Problem has been solved.  The original sensor lever appeared to be tuned with a knife and was just a hair on the short side such that it would intermittently not detect the filament.  Printed a new sensor lever. https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/4419-mk3-to-mk3s-upgrade-fs-lever it required a little tuning, trial and error wetsanding until the sensor activated correctly.  Filament sensor is now functioning correctly.
