Extruder update
I ordered a MK3 update kit also ordered a MMU, my MK3 upgrade kit arrived at the same time the MMU kit. So now I have two upgrade kits for the extruder, i was told by tech support that both extruder kits are the same (is this correct ?) when upgrading I found that my hotted needed to be replaced, so I ordered a new one. I ordered the one for the MK3S since that that is what I am upgrading two (is this correct, order did need the order the MK3) and last question I have the new style bed plate also have two new on order and a powder plate to try, trouble is I am also building a lack table but I tore up two plates trying to gets parts off both hot and cooled down bed, so sticking is not an issue why is this happening with the Prusa PETG jet black all my parts stuck solid to the bed. So now i need to know hot to solve this, so now I am waiting for the new hot end to arrive if I ordered the correct one. I need a tech support to call in the USA anyone out there from So California area that can help. HELP !!!!

Wow a lot of changes at once. I don't own a MMU2 so I will defer to those who do, and what extruder is appropriate.
You mentioned you have a powder sheet on order so I am assuming you are printing on the smooth PEI sheets. With PETG they just normally pop off unless you are making small parts. If so I too find it problematic as you can't get enough flex over the small area to pop them off easily. I made a chisel out of ABS and try to knock them free before resorting to fingernails.
