Everything is merging together

OK, I had an issue with the print bed moving rotationally.  I tightened up the u-bolts and now that is fine, but now all

my parts are sticking together.  By this I mean things that are supposed to be separated by some tolerance are fused solid.

When I first got the printer, I printed a gear bearing and it came out greatand worked well.  Now, I try to print this same bearing using the

same settings and it is fused solid.

What could be causing this?  How can I fix it?

I would carefully inspect things, be sure the X and Y axes have tight belts, tight grub screws, and all bolts around the frame are tight.

Be sure that both axes move with no sticking or binding.

The X and Y axes should have no detectable slop or play.  You can test for this by holding the relevant motor shaft with pliers and trying to move the axis manually.

First layer to low?

Nozzle hole is bigger then it was, wen it was new.

It doesn't fuse on the first few layers, but by about 5 or 10 layers it's already started to fuse.  I will check the belts today.

Just curious, what would make the nozzle hole bigger?

Checked the belt test and it read 266 for both X and Y.  Checked it manually and it did seem a bit sloppy, so I tightened the tension on both

axes and reran the belt test.  this time it read 278 for both.  according to the manual that should actually be looser.

anyway, after that I printed a tolerance test and things are ok down to 0.2mm.  below that things are stuck, but I can live with 0.2mm (this was printed at the 0.2mm layer height draft setting.  maybe if I went down to 0.1mm it would work at a lower tolerance.  if i have time later, I will try that.
