Does this sound right?

Hey folks. So I got this MK3s about 9 months ago. I bought it built from factory. I have zero modifications. Really I have zero problems. Prints great love it. But 1 issue is the noise. I understood Mk3 to be quiet or at least quieter than most others. So does this sound right? It's a 1 minute video and I'm concerned with the left an right movement noise. Thank you for all the help you can provide.

Sounds pretty normal. A few rattles that are unique - but they depend on just how sturdy the table is that it sits on. Some place heavy paving stones under the printer on isolation pads, and that can help make the printer even quieter.

Try the printer on a different surface - the noise might be resonating with the surface it's standing on.  Adding weight often helps but it sometimes just changes the resonant frequency and something else resonates...

And I suggest cleaning and lubricating the smooth rods, this sort of noise often originates there.

Cheerio,

Squash ball feet.  Isolate the Y motor from the rear frame.  Make sure the orange case on the display is not rattling around with certain frequencies.
