Chris Warzoki's slicer profile for Bondtech Extruder and Mosquito Hotend for the MK3S?
So for my MK3S I got myself the Bondtech Extruder and Mosquito Magnum hotend, along with Slice Engineering's Thermistor and Heater. and upgraded to the compatible firmware from Bondtech's site, currently my firmware is on 3.9.0-3421
I have been reading a lot about Chris Warzoki's slice profile for this combo. I was able to find all the pretty profiles he has curated.. but I am not sure which one should i choose from here

There are several profiles he has there, can someone guide me to the right profile for me for both PLA and PETG? Please?

As suggested on another discussion I tried with linux, Xubuntu version and prusaslicer for linux, and it worked, it installed firmware 3.90 without errors. now I can change the language without errors.
