Changing filament help.

Ok so I built my printer and finished it yesterday. After finished building I went through the complete setup following the YouTube video & starting 3D printing manual. Everything went good and I been printing for things off the SD card for 2 days with the silver Prusa PLA included with the machine.

Now my problem, I wanted to switch to the Prusa Galaxy Black PLA, I unloaded the filament with the onscreen instructions so problem.

Next I preheated the machine, clicked the autoload button it took me to the screen “Autoloading filament is active, just press the knob and insert the filament”. I tried to press the filament in and it would not go. I press the knob in and it takes me back to “Autoload Filament >” option screen. I can not get the filament loaded. It won’t take the filament.

I double checked all the wiring, when I go to the sensor settings support -> sensor State -> i have Pinda 0, Finda N/A , IR 1

I don’t know if that info helps but trying to provide what I can...I am completely new to this machine and 3D printing. But now I can’t print anything until I can get the filament loaded

RE: Changing filament help.

IR 1 means it thinks the filament is loaded
