Change dimensions of modifiers

How do I change dimensions of blockers/enforcers without having to delete and reload with the new dimensions?

Use Slic3r PE Beta 2 ...

The released version 1.41.3 does not allow resizing.  1.42.0-b2 does; and is a lot easier when using support blockers and enforcers, plus a few other nice features.

Ok, now I have two .exe files and a bunch of .dlls unzipped.

How do I install?

Thanks for your patience on what is probably a simple process.

There is no additional steps required. Just run prusa-slicer.exe Possibly create a shortcut to it on your desktop.

OK, works great. Thanks. Working with modifiers is now so sweet.

But now where is the program residing, in my download folder. How do I change its location so I can clean out my downloads.

Move it (all the files and subdirectories) to any directory on the system you like. Programs normally live somewhere under C:\Program Files

Was there any error message on the screen?

As for where to place the RC version: best to keep it away from the installed versions ... for now.  Pretty sure the released version will get an installer to link it into the OS (so it associates to and opens stl, 3mf, etc.) and put it where it belongs.

Installed software goes here:

C:\Program Files\Prusa3D

I run beta and rc software from a different location: often C:\Users\Public ...

This is just in case the beta code has odd quirks ... there's lower chance it disturbs a working / reliable install.

Tim - thanks, I'll do that.

Vojtech - I don't recall. I was so freaked out by it, and I was talking with my mother on the phone at the time. At this point I'm going to treat it as a one time only. I'll watch the screen on the next few prints if it happens again.
