broken part on original MK3 - need replacement

My fan shroud broke after 3 years.  Its the original b6 variant (the one that is NOT angled).  I never did the MK3/S upgrade and thats not an option right now for several reasons.  I can't seem to find the original STL anywhere and the part is out of stock.  I managed to super glue mine back together enough that it will print, but its not going to last for long.  Any idea where I can get the b6 STL or get a b6 fan shroud?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Head to https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3.

Click the MK3 branch.  all the files you need will be there.

Print fan shroud in abs or PC.

If you upgrade to mk3S, the standard pinda holder part will melt(if you print a lot of high temperature filament and in a enclosure), use PC filament to print the part, and all parts that are in connection with the nozzle fan. I printed 4 parts in PC, but still need to build it.

After I moved from mk3 to mk3S, the pinda started sagging, every print the z-layer changed, then I saw the pinda probe sagging, and it was very soft wen I moved it by my hand.

There is updated pinda holder, someone made a stronger pinda holder, and fan holder part.

Here's the complete Original-Prusa-i3-MK3.zip with all the models in all the formats provided by Prusa from 2017-2018

it contains both the 90 degree fan shroud and the 45 degree, and of course every over printed part for the MK3 at that time.

I'll never upgrade my MK3 in fact I'm in the process of down grading and MK3S to an MK3.

Good Luck, Hope this helps

Thanks

Thanks to everyone for your help and advice.  I have the STL file now, but I don't have either ABS or ASA nor do I have a properly ventilated area to handle those.  Is there any way to get this part printed?  My printer seems to be fine except for this one $3.00 part that I can't seem to get.  I've contacted Prusa, but they won't have any in the foreseeable future.

RE: ASA generates little or no harmful fumes.

I print ASA (and ABS for that matter) very successfully without an enclosure or any a additional ventilation. Both work well with a draft shield. Probably wouldn't risk it if I had kids.

RE: broken part on original MK3 - need replacement

I print ABS on one of my printers in the living room, no enclosure (sometimes). as long as the air isn't stagnant and the parts are small your fine, ASA has some fume also but the same applies.
