blue screen of death

My 3 day old mk3s was working beautifully until today when I turned it on to have nothing on the LCD just a blank blue screen. Ive triple checked all wiring connections, cut all zip ties, reflashed,  swapped cable ends, just about everything i can think of...anyone else come across this?

RE: blue screen of death

It's not uncommon to have a glitch that corrupts LCD data.  It manifests a number of ways.  Last time my printer did this all I had was gibberish on the display.  Got it working by resetting a few times along with some power cycles.  But while the printer appeared to work, things were just a bit off. I regained full capability with a full reset with data clear. Basically put the printer back to factory.

Try a RESET -- but be sure you use the DATA CLEAR option to ensure all EEPROM variables are erased.
