Black power supply MK3S connector

  I just finished my new kit and I find that the socket for the power cord on the new black power supply is loose and does not make connection at all times. Can I get replacement or shall I open it up and see if I can repair it.

Thanks for the help

Mine did the same thing until I read about someone else having the same problem - the solution is to reallly force the cord into the socket, for some reason it's much harder than say, a computer power supply which uses the same IEC plug.

@with_maltodextrin

Thank you so much. You would think that anyone who could put the MK3 kit together could at least plug in a power cord.

Maybe they should add a footnote in the manual for folks like me.

Thanks again and happy printing......

If you get it seated correctly, the plug goes in the socket a good .5". I really should measure it...

Like the previous poster, I guarantee your problem is just not sticking it in far enough.

I had the same problem.
