Bed level terrible all of the sudden.

Hi, I have a second hand i3 mk3s that i purchased some months ago. Printer only had 20 hours of print time on it when i got it, had to apply some grease to the bearing since they were dry from sitting in storage. Anyway, printer has been printing great for months and a couple of days ago i checked the bed mesh visualizer of Octoprint and noticed the bed on the right side is significantly higher than the left side. I tried to manually move the X gantry all the way up and re align but nothing changed. Whenever im printing something in the front right corner the first layer is rough, I have also tried to retighten the bed screws with no luck. Image of the bed visualization. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Are the smooth rails seated properly in the Y axis rail cups?

Y-axis seems fine

As far as I can see nothing changed visibly on the Y-axis rods, still tied down and seated properly.

Tiny piece of crud

I suggest checking both the heating plate and the underside of the build plate to see if there is a bit of crud.  I have had tiny wisps of filament get stuck between them and throw the bed level off.  Sometimes a print gets strange and others the bed leveling routine fails.

Still no luck

Ive cleaned both sides of the build plate, top size of hot plate and cleaned the rods, still no dice.
