Autoload filament stays HOT FW 3.7.1

Hi,

yesterday I updated the printer FW to 3.7.1 and I found something strange when loading new filament. Let me explain:

There is no filament in the printer and I insert the filament into the top of the extruder. The sensor detects it and the printer asks me what type of filament it is. I select "PLA - 215/60". The bed and the extruder heat up, everything is fine. But after the filament is successfully loaded I would the temperatures expect to go down to 0 but they stay at 215 and 60. I get it that it makes sense if you want to start printing immediately but if you just switch back to a different filament to be ready for the next print in the next days it would cook the filament, right? Am I doing something wrong? Same is for unloading filament.

Please let me know your thoughts! Cheers!

I'm pretty sure it's always done this; I've never noticed the temperature dropping after loading filament on previous FW versions.

I'm still running 3.7.0 and it does the same thing, which I consider handy since I planned to print as soon as the filament is loaded.

That's how it's worked since I bought mine.

I think the idea is that if you are loading filament, you are intending to print.
