ABS on textured sheet

After a bunch of small ABS prints (most of a 200g spool, so not really a lot) my TXT sheet seems to have lost adhesion. I did the dawn thing, and several passes with 90% IPA. No joy. I switched back to PETG and it was even worse. Flipped it over, and no problems, so it’s definitely an issue on that side. So... Cleaning issue? What do I try next?

After filamentchange i would prefer to clean the heatbed with soap and warm water and then with isopropanol. Maybe it's better to use a kapton- or bluetape while printing with ABS.

Update. After several prints on the “good” side, I flipped back to the “bad” side wiped with IPA and printed.

It worked just fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

maybe just heating the bed ‘cooked’ off whatever residue was causing the adhesion problem? No clue here.

PSA. Make darn sure you purge all PETG before printing on the sheet with ABS. ABS contaminated with PETG sticks like the dickens even when cool and will take chunks out of your PC sheet.

I use a cleaning filament between all filament changes because some forms of PLA are incompatible with one another and congeal and jam if you mix them.  It is even worse with different types of filament.  I personally have had some issues with mixing abrasive PLA such as Galaxy black and others.
