2 week old i3 MK3S strange noise

Our i3 MK3S was printing perfectly for 2 weeks, when it out of nowhere started printing poorly and entire prints failing.

Here's a video below, right after the self-test, XYZ calibration and first layer calibration.

Any ideas appreciated!

I would have a chat with Support. That noise is not normal...

Click the EShop button above, log in, then click the Chat button in the lower right.

Send them your video.

Had the same issue on my two days old i3 MK3s.

Applied grease to the rods / bearings and z-axis lead screws.

Did a full recalibration and al okay again.

Did you solve your issue?

Greetings, Harald

I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…
