RE: what is wrong here?

What is most likely happening is that the nozzle is being lowered to a point at which the PINDA should trigger. Something (crud on the nozzle, debris under the bed) is causing the nozzle to hit before the PINDA triggers. The firmware raises the bed to max and will do that rattling bit to push the Z motors up to full max (brute force style). Then it will try lowering again and repeating. It's telling you to check everything around the nozzle and both sides of the print sheet before pressing the button so it can try again.

If you've verified everything is clear, your PINDA may indeed have come out of adjustment and need to be lowered. Refer to the excellent online assembly guide for instructions on adjusting the PINDA position.

@bobstro

did you see the second video ? sensor can read the bed under it from 2 distance, it says it should read from 10

is it normal to have the sound when the nozzle on top ?

when i get a metal object to nearby pinda red light goes off however sensor reading from the menu dont change why?

If the sensor light change state but the signal isn't being received by the Einsy - then a wire is probably broken. This is not uncommon.  You will need to replace the PINDA of find and fix the broken wire (which is only temporary at best since the other PINDA wires are very close to breaking, too).

@tim-m30

sensor light change at a very close distance, in the documents it says 10cm which is correct ? is changing light to a metal from distance of 1-2 cm is ok too ?

The pinda detect distance is about 2mm.

RE: what is wrong here?

The sensor has a detection specification of 2 mm with a very specific sized metal piece, but with the circuit board material and the spring steel plate, and the magnetics influencing things, the PINDA must be within about 0.8 to 1.2 mm from the bed for normal use. I prefer the lower end of that range.

Where did you see 10 cm mentioned? Pretty sure that is an error that needs correction.

saw it here

  1. Press the knob next to the LCD for 3 sec and turn it to raise the extruder approximately 10 cm above the heatbed. This is to distance it from any metal.”

i guess my interpretation is wrong

so this menu here: LCD Menu -> Support -> Sensor infoand see the P.I.N.D.A. sensor value ('PINDA:' 1 or 0

never changes its always one whatever the red light is on or off.

sensor or cable is problem for sure ?

RE: what is wrong here?

I have replaced Pinda wires a couple of times.
this can get you back printing while you wait for sparea to arrive.

This is how I do it

That 10 cm is just to get the extruder away from everything so you can see what you are doing; it really has nothing at all to do with the PINDA sensitivity.

...raise the extruder approximately 10 cm above the heatbed. This is to distance it from any metal.

RE: what is wrong here?

ps: It is very likely the cable: but check to make sure the connector is firmly plugged into the socket on the Einsy. I'd try - power off - unplugging the connector and plugging it back in, just to be sure. R&R the plug, then power on, open the sensor menu, do the screwdriver trick to flash the PINDA LED, hold it on for a couple seconds, then off for a couple seconds. If the LCD stays the same, then the cable is pretty certain.  You can test the wires, but the test is just as destructive as replacing the wires - so just replace the wires.  And I'd replace the wires from the loop side of the extruder, not from the strain relief side, and I'd try to find good flexible wire (not all 4 conductor is designed for flex).
