What are the dimensions of the MMU2S? Are those issues fixed?
Hi, there is no information on the dimensions on the product website. In particular, I want to know the height of the i3 MK3 after adding this MMU2S on top of it. When I bought my printer last year, I read some users complaining about some issues with the MMU2S. So, I did not buy it. Have all those issues been fixed?

Mine measures just under 18" (~46 cm) from the shelf it's sitting on to the top of the MMU2S box.
The answer to the 'Have all those issues been fixed' question depends on many factors, both technical and human.

Thank you. I don't remember what happened. I think it was related to some kind of design fault.

Although I've had good luck with mine, I do admit it is quirky and from reading the posts here (some which contain profanity, indicating significant frustration) some people are struggling to get it to work as expected.

Is the situation still the same? I think some users asked for a redesign. Don't remember exactly what happened.

I'm unaware of any official upgrades.
In my opinion, some of the issues may be related to cumulative tolerances and some may be related to the expectations and understanding of what it's supposed to do and what its limits may be.
