I need to make a correction to my above statement. Despite editing it the changes have not appeared.

I stated that based on the Google sheet orders 2 weeks after  mine were being shipped. That is NOT the case, I meant to say that orders 2-3 days after mine were being shipped. Please accept my apologies for the mistake, bad proof reading and a good dose of frustration to blame.

Ordered June 03, shipping notification July 10. Fed Ex reports estimated delivery July 13, AM.

Spreadsheet updated.

Glad I have been stockpiling filament!

The question is, what did you order compared to the other orders. If you included some additional items that are not available right now your order may need to wait. I would ask customer service.

No additional items just a "both sheets" orange order. My point was  the info on the sheet seems to indicate that  single sheet black orders are getting processed ahead of orders with both sheets regardless of when they were ordered. I have pestered support a couple of times. I use "pestered" because I am sure they are sick to death of the "Where is my printer" question. Despite them probably answering hundreds of the same question every day I still got a quick polite response with their best guess as to when it would ship. other of those guesses have long since gone past. I take my hat of the support folks at Prusa. I worked support many years ago and at difficult times it was not always easy to maintain the polite facade.

This is getting to be ridiculous, my 9th week waiting  starts today. Despite the info in the unsolicited email reiterating 7weeks and slow improvements I am not seeing any evidence of improvement. There is clearly selective shipping. Even taking the DATA in the google sheet with a HUGH dose of scepticism the Orange with both sheets is clearly taking MUCH longer than Black with a single sheet. Orders as much as two weeks later than mine are shipping if they are Black/PEI. Any order needing both sheets means 1 less order gets shipped if there is a shortage of one of the sheets. So priority seems to be single sheet orders to fulfil as many orders as possible despite them stating orders are chronological the evidence states otherwise. I also have a mini on order which is apparently due to ship in September. Based on the wait for a MK3s it may well be September 2021 ! 

OK, Rant over but still not a happy bunny. 

The wait is frustrating but updates that are clearly designed to placate rather than provide any useful info are bordering on insulting.

I ordered the black version May 17th starting with a 2-3 week leadtime, and i'm still waiting so I'm into my ninth week! The most ridiculous thing by now is the website stating leadtimes at 6-7 weeks  for placed orders and 4-5 weeks for new ones. This is the most frustrating order experience of my life by now

Couldn't agree more, the frustration is only heightened by the mis-information. I too started with a 2-3 week lead time which I accepted as reasonable. Each week that has increased and now is greater than the "official" published figure. If I had known this back when I ordered I would have probably not bothered and just got some flavour of Creality printer which would have been delivered next day at a 3rd of the price.

Prusa seems to have a high level of support and respect  within the community but that won't last if they fail to communicate honestly with customers. The best product in the world will quickly fall from grace if your customer service cant back it up or, worse,  you take customer loyalty for granted.

Then you'd be waiting 60 days for "priority" parts replacements for things that break quickly. Just went through this with an Artillery Sidewinder. Trust me, you'll be glad you waited.

I have a pet bulldog. It doesn't matter what I want him to do, he will do the opposite. I have learned the best way to get him to do something is to act like I don't want him to do it. I think ordering from Prusa works the same way. As long as you're looking at order status, it won't ship. Decide to relax or look at something else and it ships.

Glad it shipped. I think you'll find the wait was well worth it. I waited 90 days for mine and am very glad I did. Welcome to the family. 

As you wait, I recommend you read up on Jeff Jordan's "Life Adjust" Live-Z calibration procedure and cleaning the PEI sheet. Those will save you a lot of time & frustration starting out.

Fun fact, for some mysterious reason i got the shipping notification today. Coincidence after posting in the forum about it yesterday? well who knows. I only hope the printer lives up to its reputation. For now I'm happy.

Looking at the orders spreadsheet, which may be less than accurate or complete, it looks like there were a number of days when they were only shipping orders that did not include the textured sheet. Then there is a flurry of shipping orders that appeared to have been skipped that included the textured sheet. So they may be having supply issues with the textured sheets.

I don't know, but I do see both sheets in the store.

With that being said, I did order up a textured sheet, a few kilos of PETG, and spare nozzles yesterday. Order has not shipped yet. But I feel a one day turn-around is unreasonable to expect of anyone. If you are interested, I can post when my textured sheet order ships?

As silly as it sounds, to me, the printer was worth the wait. I simply love it.

Perhaps the discrepancy seen on the Google Spreadsheet is caused by people not completing their record? They reported the order date, but not the ship or delivery date?

Thanks but I’m waiting for my MK3S kit. Ordered on June 22 and will hopefully ship by the end of July. Ordered with just the smooth sheet since I Already have a spare textured sheet.

Got my Prusa last week on Friday. Shipping was quite fast - about two days to Germany. Overall i had to wait 8 Weeks... additional delay was caused by a shortage of filament that's included with the kit (Silver PLA - not Prusament btw.) 

Quite long wait time regarding the first 3-4 weeks lead time when i placed the order. 

Anyways i'm quite happy. Compared to my Ender 5 i have a much better out of the box experience with Prusa. The Prusa just tends a little bit to stringing with their standard profiles. End of August my Prusa Mini should get shipped.

First 3D printer ever, so also first time buying from Prusa. 

How long after the "Payment Accepted" state does the order state change to something else?

I have another order against my account that timed out as I slept on it ("Payment Error" order state) and I'm worried that one has my account stuck in a pending state.
