Two identical powder coated print beds. One is working and the other is not working
Hello friends!
I bought two identical powder coated print beds. Both TF-26. One is working without any problem. Second will not work. PETG is not sticking and will collect at heatblock an nozzle. IPA(99%) cleaning will not solve the problem

Take the one that doesn't work, to the sink,
Using Hot water Dish detergent and a NEW dish washing sponge, and give one side a really good scrub with the sponge, Up Down, Left right, Diagonally and in circles. then rinse and repeat, if you can think of more ways to scrub the sheet use them, then rinse well and dry immediately with clean plain paper towels. then without touching the recently cleaned surface, return to your printer, and try printing again. If you have not set Live Z on that exact buildplate, then do live Z first.

Joan! You saved my day. The sink is clean now, hands also clean 🙂 And ... it is printing. Only wonder why a new bed has to be cleaned in the kitchen 🙂
