Switch materials for an out of order print?

My prints are often comprised of both ABS and TPU. They're not "multi material" in the sense that the TPU and ABS aren't fused, but rather, I often need TPU parts for the ABS prints.

What I'd like to be able to do is start the print with one or the other filaments, and print the models in that material (arranged, of course, so they don't interfere with the other prints).  The TPU parts are usually quite small, mostly O-rings and gaskets of various kinds, so they'd likely go first. Then, once that's done, I'd like to change the filament, have it purge the nozzle by itself, and go on and print the other models. Then I'd be able to just walk up after and get both materials off the print bed, very easy.

Any way to do that? Thanks.

In the print profile settings there’s an Output options tab. Thee you set “Complete Individual Objects”. This will make gcode to print the objects sequentially. If you want to change filament (and I’m guessing temperature) in between, you need to Edie the gcode and add an M600 and temperature set commands before the ABS set of objects start.
