Thin walls not working, looks very bad.
stl file - Spectrum_case2.stl is failing.
Even with thin wall detecting it fails.
In older Slic3rPE-1.41.0 it works OK.

With Slic3r 1.41.1 still wrong.
Thin walls setting does not work.
Also holes for keyboard are fillt, this should be empty.
