silicone
Please could someone tell me the material i should use to print silicone and rubber.

Silicone is not a thermoplastic
You can't print silicone directly. But you can print a mould out of PLA to cast silicone.
If you just need some flexible or rubber-like material you could use TPU or other TPEs.

for smoother surface of the silicone cast piece, you can coat the inside of your mold with wax. you will lose some dimensional accuracy but you can get rid of the layer lines.
at least the internet told me so.
