Side walls of box: what causes this "banding"?
A picture speaks a thousand words... what causes the horizontal "banding" on the vertical walls on the big box?

The picture doesn't tell anything about the speeds settings element version of software version of firmware it tells so very little

It looks like a mechanical problem. I would check belt tension, motor pulleys and grub screws to make sure they are tight.
Check the X and Y axis can move freely when the motor power is off and the extruder tip has no wiggle.
