Rigid.Ink quitting fillament market
For anyone who uses Rigid.Ink filament, they are ceasing to manufacture filament so what stock is left is all there will ever be.
Since I cant buy Prusament in the UK without shipping costs, I use Rigid.Ink which has been excellent filament, be it a little pricey, but it has always been pricey for a reason, also their cleaning floss is excellent.
But alas, I got a notification today that the end has come, and they are no longer going to be supplying filament.
Such a shame, outpriced by cheaper often poorer filaments, but such is life.

Very unfortunate. I will have to find another cleaning filament. It is simply the best.

Do what I have done, buy some whilst you can, it doesn't go off.

We literally cost 10€ less per spool with our premium inhouse Prusament. That more then covers any cost of shipping, try pricing it on the shop. We worked very hard to get affordable shipping options last couple months.

Sorry for my reply Josef, but...
Oh, you use Hermes or Herpes as we call it here, sorry no thanks, I actually want my items to arrive in good condition. These clowns have a habit of throwing parcels over the wall or fence and not even bothering to let you know.
And as for Dropped Parcel Deliveries!.
Do you have any plans for distributing in the UK through Amazon?, I have prime membership and use their lockers where at all possible, I have to say, I find their delivery structure works better in the UK than any other company, and on many occasions will pay a little more for a product if it is deliverable by Amazon rather than some of the other supposed delivery companies we have here.
The problem is that a lot of the deliveries are during the day when people are at work, so you end up having to drive sometimes significant distances and time to collect your parcel, this often costs more than the little bit extra ordering from Amazon where it can be conveniently put into a delivery locker of your choice, where you can conveniently collect the parcel.
Is it that much more cost to sell through Amazon?, as end consumers we don't know these things and wonder why we can't buy Prusament through Amazon, in the UK.

This is what I mean about Hermes, I know it's not a PRUSA delivery, but this is how they look after things.
There is a 2.45m drop onto concrete on the other side of that fence, and they just throw things over the fence. This is a bottle of semi liquid grease which I hope has been packaged well, I will find out when I get home. 😕

And every bit as good as Rigid.Ink - I know a lot of people liked Rigid Ink, but I stopped buying from them after they started pushing me to review them on a site other than the one I had bought on - a practice others don't use. Also found them spammy, which I have never found from Prusa, Colorfabb or any of the other filament manufacturers I have bought from.

I've been using Smartfil cleaining filament from Spain. Its not expensive but it is good enough. Does take a bit to clean out high temp filaments like PC and nylon but it works

I’ll have to try it. So far, there brands from England and Germany are by far better than eSun or US brands.

Maybe time PRUSA looked at making a cleaning filament of their own, although I doubt they have time with everything else they have got going on at the moment.

Rigid.ink's stuff has the interesting property (for filament) of absorbing moisture yet still remaining strong. I was annoyed about the moisture until I realized the foaming and steam is actually beneficial for cleaning. CNC Kitchen has commented on the same thing. eSun doesn't absorb as much moisture, but it seems to work better for cold pulls, not snapping off as readily during the pull. I keep both around.

CNC kitchen is where I heard of the stuff. I bought three bags so I have some for awhile.
