Quit laying initial line?
After the 9-pt calibration of the bed, the printer skips the initial line to clear any blobs on the extruder. As a result, the filament fails to print the raft clean. When it starts the actual print, the initial layer isn't going back border with the fill so the sides are curling up.

The purge line is not a feature of the printer but just written in the gcode file. The start gcode is editable in the printer settings in PrusaSlicer; perhaps some of the text got accidentally deleted. If it's been edited, click the revert to default button and it should work again.
