Prusa World

Hi all,

Does anyone have any luck contacting Prusa users in their are via world? I have contacted four users over the last 3 months in regard to technical support and have received zero response. Am I doing it wrong?

I honestly wouldn't know how to tell if somebody had tried to contact me!

There is a mail box you can check in after you log into world.

Ah, OK. The usual messaging inbox I guess. So that means nobody loves me. Thanks. 😢

That's really bad implemented. I didn't know that and just checked my inbox. Looks like someone contacted me last year but I haven't got any notification. Not sure how it was designed, but checking this website on regular base is not really an option for me. Most likely people expect to receive at least an email notification that's why nobody replies.

Oh, not the same inbox as the forums. Just checked. Nope, nobody loves me.

An email notification would be nice. I have received 10 requests since the site went online. (1 technical support, 6 print on demand and 3 simple  questions)

I try to look at least once a week (mostly twice), so I don't miss something and don't let anyone wait for a response.

I have had several request and questions, but it is only by accident that I saw it and could respond. I would like an email notification too 🙂

Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

I guess notifications would be helpful in this matter. Does anyone know how to find local technical support in some other way?
