Printer keeps crashing even after complete calibration and new files.

This is a first. I've been running my Prusa for over a year and all of a sudden today it goes crazy. It does the normal 9 point test and begins the print but then goes all the way to the right and crashes. I've recalibrated it twice now and even uploaded known working files from my other printer and it keeps doing the same thing. I've checked settings against my other printers and everything is the same.

Selftest says check axis length.

Belt check also fails.

Does the axis move smoothly, from end to end of travel when moved by hand?

That may have been it.  One of the bearings was binding pretty bad so I just did a full service. I did it about 2 months ago so It didn't dawn on me that might be the problem. Im running a test print now and will report back if it happens again.

Thanks
