100% infill has the problem that if you have over exutrusion, there is no room for filament, and the nozzle will hit the model.

Try 90%.

And do a temp tower to see what temperature is the best.

And do a extrusion test to see if too much is extruded.(normally it should be good).

Also check filament thickness, if filament is to thick, you will have over extrusion, and the nozzle will hit the model.
