PETG fail and thermistor wire broke. Need help
Printing the Lack Improved enclosure print, file 5 in PETG Prusament when at about 25% this occurred. Woke up this morning and saw the mess and the error. Reset the machine but all I can do is move the Z Axis up. After further investigation, I see that the thermistor wire is broke. How do I contact support to get this fixed?

Go to the prusa shop, make sure you are logged in to your account and the chat option should appear after a few seconds.
