down loaded it tried to run it says file corrupt

It took me several trys to get it to download properly with safari Version 12.0 (14606.1.36.1.9) and Mojave.
It would seem to download and yet the icon in the downloads folder would not convert to the .dmg disk image format but would stay the safari download in process icon in the finder, but on safari it was showing file completed ... after about 4 or 5 try at different times during the day whenever i passed the computer it at last worked and the .dmg file converted to a a mounted disk image and I was able to install the update so keep trying! a good file is in there somewhere in the mac version anyway.
that said it is not a perfect file or I would not have had such a time getting a good one.

Just installed new drivers and slicr and its printing beautifully at last. the print on previous combination came out pretty messy but this is looking really good. Think you've cracked it this time!

Downloaded on the 1st try with Chrome on MacOS 10.14 Mojave. Slic3rPE and PrusaControl launched without issue.

I had to resume the download a few times.
slicer crashes more then the stock market after trump tweets. ill stick with older slicer no time to mess with it

As I always do a clean install of these packages, rather than simply install over top older version, with this version, the drivers would not install at all. I had to install old drivers, then reinstall the new package over top. Windows 8.1 x64.
I am happy to report that so far this new package (with old 331-845 drivers), and also the new 342 firmware, appear to be functioning well.

I had to resume my download as well.
Could Prusa start posting MD5/SHA sums of downloads on the downloads page so that we can verify downloads aren't corrupt or tampered with?

I was on my bootcamp partition in Windows 10 and I downloaded it their with Chrome and it seemed to download ok and the installation went ok on the first item but when it got to the Slic3r-pr it caused a restart. It had deleted the previous version and only the folder remained the full downloaded file was also gon I guess it gets deleted as a part of the unpacking and install process of the apps.
This version in both the windows and mac flavor I feel are a bit suspect... that said the eventual success on the Mac version has resulted in what seems to be a normal version of Slic3r-pr and it has worked ok for me...
I do think that whoever packages these installers on the windows side and the disc images on the Mac side take another look at these files.

I had no problem downloading the file, but when I attempt to run it I get the message "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program". I tried downloading again, but got the same results. Running Windows 10.

I get the same "file corrupted" error. It occurs with version 2.2.1, 2.2.0, and 2.1.8. Nothing wants to install.
This is a brand new Windows 10 PC, so I have to go back to my old PC to get anything done.

Interesting. I downloaded 2.2.0 just a week ago and it ran without any problems. I still have the download file on my computer and it still runs fine. I downloaded it again just now (without overwriting the original) and this new download gives the "file corrupted" error.

I downloaded version 2.2.1 again and it installed perfectly. Maybe it just takes a few tries.

I also had an issue with the full DRIVERS & APPS 2.2.1 download (401mb). It gives me an error at the end of the download and quits and I cannot resume but have to restart.

thanks for the feedback, we are aware of this issue and trying to find the bug. On our side there are no restrictions, also the download error doesn't fail every time. Internet Explorer is a chapter for itself as it claims the file is complete even in case it isn't, that is why the file is then recognised as corrupted 🙄

I had the same thing happen when downloading "prusa print" so maybe a server issue

On Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit:
Downloaded without problems (or so it seemed at least), but the installation hangs when installing device drivers. I know it says that it may take some time to complete, but after 40 minutes without any sign of activity, my patience has run out. Clicking cancel, and it now hangs forever trying to cancel the installation.

I have the same problem , win 10 does not allow me the instalation i think because prusa is not a verified publisher
