MK3S Sensor Flag
Prusa may not acknowledge it, but the users here recognize there are problems with the IR sensor design. More specifically - the flag.
Has anyone come up with a modified flag design to share that we can print? This could be viewed as a community service...
Not to mention - it will poke Prusa to address the issue.

Are you referring to the level with once of the magnets , and ball in it? I just finished building my MK3S, loaded filament, tried printing a few test prints, then decided to change the filament. I unloaded the filament, but would not auto load new filament. Chatted with support last night, and they wanted me to either tear apart the extruder or try to take a razor knife and trim that lever.
I do not want to tear it apart again, so I just turned off the IR sensor. Not the way it should.

There are a number of clugy fixes for the flag. A thin spacer under the sensor board worked for me. But I would like a proper fix.

synonymous had the problem with the automatic feeder, the problem was the too tightly screwed sensor loosen something and he works as he should
