That is a problem with "bridging". But that isn't a printer problem but more a design problem. You can fix that by using supports in those places.

I found that print on Thingiverse and when I slice it you can see the problem in the layers with the bridge infill. (blue in the picture and yellow and orange are perimeters)

Bridging is done to span a gap. But it has to be done in straight lines. As you can see in the picture the perimeters in the layers don't make a straight line and will always drop down. With this design supports are your only option.

overhangs are naturally not printed cleanly, since there is no support surface during extrusion. If you do not want to use support, you can optimize some parameters:
