Keeps saying heating
I turn it on and it says recovering print then it goes and says heating yet it's not heating up. When I go and try to select something from the SD card it let's me scroll down to it but when I click what I need to print it just goes back to the main screen and nothing happens. It only works when I preheat it then select from the SD card. I did a factory reset and it still hasn't changed what it's doing. Any suggestions?
