Issues with Pre-assembled MK3S

Hi,

This is a follow up on my earlier issues with this new machine I received a couple of weeks ago.  Finally found time to record a video and show what happens before it shows "crash detected"

I dont think this is a normal problem and cant be ignored, the first unit I bought never had this issue.

Help pls!

Definitely contact support via online chat while logged into the eshop.

@bobstro

i did tried to contact them in every way possible, emailed them, and the online chat -- i have been logging in for a few days now, and it always shows waiting time is 20-30 minutes, either i get disconnected waiting  or i just give up after a long period as it is wasting my time.

Their web page mentions delays with online support. Given the current misery in the world and Prusa's record for keeping their employees safe above all else, I think this is understandable. I know it's frustrating, but be patient. They are generally very good at resolving problems.
